Physio Flow Pilates (gentle/ beginner)

This gentle, flowing Pilates class, led by a qualified Physiotherapist, is suitable for everyone, including those with limited mobility or complete beginners. The slower, controlled pace makes it ideal for anyone recovering from pain or injury, with exercises easily modified by the experienced instructor.

You’ll learn the fundamentals of Pilates while enjoying a mix of fluid movements designed to enhance strength, balance, flexibility, and mobility.

Each week, a variety of Pilates props are used to provide support and optional challenges, ensuring an enjoyable and varied experience.

Physio Active Pilates
(mixed level)

This physio-led Pilates class is designed for all levels including beginners, incorporating a range of equipment and progressions to allow you to work at your own pace.

 

The class targets strength-building in the glutes, abdominals, and both the upper and lower body, with an emphasis on control and precision.

Through a series of focused Pilates movements, you’ll improve core strength and spinal alignment, actively conditioning your body.

 

The benefits include enhanced posture, a healthier spine, and overall conditioning to support a healthy, active lifestyle.

Physio Fit Pilates
(intermediate level)

An invigorating, Physio-led Pilates class designed for those with Pilates experience who thrive on being challenged.

Expect a dynamic blend of strength-building exercises combined with fluid movements to enhance flexibility, mobility, and balance. You'll also gain improved posture, coordination, and control—key benefits for injury prevention, particularly for those who play sports or have desk-based jobs.

With a variety of Pilates props, every class stays engaging, enjoyable, and highly effective. These sessions are an ideal complement to an active and healthy lifestyle.

Online Pilates

Our online channel gives you 140+ prerecorded classes that you can do in your own time. You can take as many pre-recorded classes as you like, using any device.

Our online channel offers longer classes for beginner and intermediate levels and short sessions (15-20 mins) that you can squeeze into a busy day.

Mens core & stretch 

Enjoyable, physio-led classes tailored for men looking to improve mobility, flexibility, and overall conditioning. Exercises can be safely modified to accommodate any pain, injury, or other concerns.

Expect a combination of strength-building movements and fluid exercises that enhance flexibility, mobility, and balance. You'll also benefit from better posture, coordination, and control, which can help prevent injuries—especially for those who play sports or have desk-based jobs.

These classes are an ideal complement to an active, healthy lifestyle.

Nordic walking and Outdoor Pilates

This full-body workout exercises the upper body more than ordinary walking. It’s all because of the precise pole placement.

 

Feel that magic combination of harder workouts that feel easier.

-Poles propel you over the ground - that makes you work harder than usual BUT

-The poles also support you, making your workout feel easier.

 

As well as working on the Nordic walking technique these sessions include a mix of standing Pilates exercises that will improve strength, balance, mobility and coordination.

 

Suitable for beginners and those wishing to improve their technique this class is a fun way to enjoy exercise outdoors and meet new people.

How to Book Your Classes

If you’re new to All Active Pilates and Physio, you can sign up here. You will receive an email with instructions to create your account. We recommend downloading the Achieve App to easily book your classes on the go!

  • Download the Achieve app:

  • If you're using a device other than your phone, you can log in and book via the following link:

  • Login here on any device

  • To book your sessions, log in and select the location and class that best suits your needs. You can also filter by your preferred dates and locations.

Intro Offers:

  • If you have a current or recent injury, we recommend starting with our 1-1 Intro Offer—3 sessions for £129.

  • If you're ready to jump into group classes, try our 3-class Intro Offer for just £30. We’ll guide you to the classes that best match your goals!

 

Class Recommendations:

  • If you're new to Pilates, we suggest starting with one of our Physio Flow (gentle/ beginner) or Physio Active (mixed level) classes, both perfect for beginners.

  • If you have Pilates experience and are looking for a challenge, try our Physio Fit class.

Class Prices:

Pricing starts at £12 for Physio-led Pilates classes at our community venues and £14 for small group studio classes, depending on your payment option and frequency.  We offer a variety of flexible plans—learn more about our membership options here.

Fabulous classes.

Andrea provides us with a varied programme and a different piece of equipment each week.  All set to challenge our individual abilities.  There are always different levels to each exercise which Andrea will demonstrate to the class.

Andrea will walk around the room,  gently manoeuvring us into the correct position if necessary.

I come away from the classes relaxed, stretched and enjoy a better nights sleep that evening.

I have just finished my first block of sessions, now started another set, and I have already noticed a big difference with my back pain. Andrea ensures that you are performing all the moves correctly and at your own pace. I find it very relaxing and enjoy each of the sessions which are always varied with different types of apparatus. Highly recommend the classes .
