Welcome to All Active Pilates and Physio!  Our Reformer studio and Physiotherapy clinic is in Hillsborough village. Our Physiotherapy Led Pilates classes take place in various community venues in Lisburn & Hillsborough including Wallace High School, Gowdys of Down Royal, Hillsborough Village Centre and Hillsborough Scout and Community Hall.  We provide Physiotherapy, Sports massage, Pilates, Reformer Pilates, Nordic walking & Bike fitting!  Feel free to get in touch to find out more or to chat about how we can help you!!
